Role & Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the company performance; organization and management control of production, planning and IE functions within the company
对公司营运业绩负责，推动生产、生产计划以及工业工程团队日常工作的组织与管理

2.Key accountability is to ensure the deployment of new manufacturing techniques and the production meeting the prescribed quality, cost and timely forecasted requirement
确保新产品技术的成功转移、生产、质量、成本以及有效的生产计划

3.To identify and building up potentials
识别并培养部分有潜力的员工

4.Organizing the departments to ensure that the objectives are met through proper supervision and control, delegation of duties and flow of information
组织各部门，通过适当的管理、控制、授权以及信息流以确保事业部战略目标的实现

5.Planning to ensure the objectives are met through the setting up of appropriate departmental and inter-department procedures through communication and innovation
通过不断地交流、创新本部门以及跨部门的流程以确保事业部战略目标的实现

6.Maintaining optimum staffing in the departments and ensuring that the necessary education and training are provided
持续对各部门一部分优秀员工进行必要的教育和培训

7.Motivating staff constantly strive for higher quality, efficiency, lower costs and maximum output performance
不断的鼓励员工的工作绩效目标以高质、高效、低成本以及产量最大化为导向

8.Guiding organization effectiveness to ensure continuity improvement of managerial competency

9.Identifying and building up potential personnel who are truly capable of achieving management and manufacturing objectives by providing development and effective training program
识别有潜力的高绩效员工，并给予培训项目以及发展机会进行培养

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical related area or equivalent 本科及以上学历，机械类专业或相关专业

2. Instruments Manufacturing Techniques background 机械产品、器械制造技术背景

3. Minimum 8 years production management working experience in mechanical field 至少8年机械行业生产管理经验

4. 5 years managerial position in similar field of work 5年部门管理经验

5. Good leadership, Organizational & Planning Skills 优秀的领导力，组织能力以及计划能力

6. Familiar with Machine and Sandblasting working station is preferred 精通机加工以及喷沙工艺者优先

7. International and multi-cultural exposure 跨国公司背景者优先

8. Analytic thinker 具备较强的分析能力

9. Good Command in English Language 流利的英语口语能力

10. Ability to work under pressure / adverse conditions 较好的抗压能力

11. Acceptance of the local available infrastructure 较好的适应能力
